How do I pay for ticket purchases?

Sign in to your theLotter Texas account.

Choose the lottery you want to play.

Fill in your tickets, select your playing options, and click PLAY.

When you pay for your purchase, the system will automatically deduct the cost of participation from your account’s balance. When there are insufficient funds to complete your purchase, you can choose one of the payment methods listed in your account to complete the payment.

Confirm your ticket purchase. You will receive an automatic email notification when your order is complete.

If this is your first purchase on our site, you must first complete the full registration process and associate a payment method with your account in order to start playing.

Why is my payment method refused?

If you are unable to use your selected payment method on our site, please follow the instructions in the error message you receive. For further assistance, please contact customer support .

How do I use my bonus money?

A

Bonus money can be used towards participation on the site and cannot be withdrawn from your account. When you confirm your purchase, the system will automatically deduct the cost of participation from your bonus balance and then from your real money balance. When there are insufficient funds to complete your purchase, your payment method will be charged. You can view your bonus balance in your account summary in My Account.

Bonus money deposited into customers’ accounts is valid for six (6) months from the date of deposit. At the end of this period, the bonus money will be removed from the customer’s account with prior email notification.

How do I change my default payment method?

In order to change your default payment method, please mark another method in the list that appears on Payment Details in your account and then confirm the change.

How do I delete a payment method?

A

To delete a payment method, please go to Payment Details and click the trash can icon on the line of the payment method you wish to delete.

How will theLotter Texas appear on my payment statement?

A

All transactions and payments made by theLotter Texas will appear on your payment method statement under the name TX Lotter Courier.

Why is the price of the ticket non-refundable?

A

When you confirm your purchase online, an order form is sent to theLotter Texas’s office. Our staff purchases and scans tickets continuously in order to provide our customers with first-rate service around the clock. As a result, once an order has been forwarded to our office for purchase, that purchase is already in process and we are unable to cancel it.
